Devilskin want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your product is faulty, you can return an item up to 10 days from the date of shipment. If it's not the correct size, Devilskin will be happy to exchange it for another size, or a different product of equal or higher value. Please choose carefully as there are no refunds for purchasing an incorrect size or if you decide you no longer want the item.


To apply for a return, please contact the Devilskin team with your details and your Order ID.

  1. Requests to return products must be submitted to us within 7 days from the date your order was shipped. Devilskin must receive the merchandise within 10 days from the date the item was shipped to you.
  2. All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return all products in its original packaging to help facilitate credit process.
  3. Refunds or Devilskin credit will be issued once we have received and processed the return
  4. In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged please contact us so we can resolve your order straight away.

How long?

Our goal is to process and ship your order as fast as possible. Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be shipped, and 10 - 21 days for international. You will receive an email with your courier tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
