How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at the checkout and depends on the delivery destination as well as the size, weight and value of your order.

How long does shipping take?

We want you to have your new Devilskin merch as quickly as possible!
Please allow 5 working days for your order to be shipped.

Shipping may take up to 10 working days during sale or album release periods.

We are a small merch team (sometimes just me) so please be patient and send me an email if you have any questions!

You will receive an email with your courier tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide from New Zealand - fast, safe, and packed with care.

🌏Shipping to the U.S.

Most U.S. orders enter through customs with no extra fees (anything under US $800 is usually duty-free).

We ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) — so if customs ever does charge something, your carrier will contact you before delivery.

Our stuff (tees, CDs, vinyl) almost never gets hit with import costs, so you can just sit back and wait for your gear to land. 🤘

🌏 Other International Orders

We send merch worldwide. Every country’s customs rules are a bit different, but most orders arrive without any extra charges.

All shipments go out DDU, meaning if local customs applies a fee, they’ll get in touch before delivery.

Our merch usually clears with no issues — turn up the volume and get ready for your package to drop. 🎶
